A lunchtime webinar on how to interpret and use life care planning expert reports. Even if you do not plan on disclosing an expert in a major personal injury case, Ms. Malloy will give tips on how to use these types of experts, demonstrate ways to poke holes in plaintiffs’ disclosures, and what some things really mean. This will include looking at anonymized samples.
ABOUT SARAH MALLOY,MS, OTR, CCM, CLCP, FIALCP
Sarah Malloy is a rehabilitation and damages expert. With certifications in life care planning and a license in occupational therapy, she has experience in both plaintiff and defense litigation. She has testified in both deposition and trial.
She holds both Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science degrees in Occupational Therapy. In December of 2018 she became a Certified Case Manager. In May of 2019 she became a Certified Life Care Planner and launched Malloy Life Care Planning. She has participated in various professional boards, including the International Academy of Life Care Planners, and has published in the Journal of Life Care Planning and Life Care Planning and Case Management Across the Lifespan.
*TDLA believes this course meets the requirements and may qualify for 60 minutes general CLE toward the annual CLE requirement in ME, NH and VT. Attorneys requesting CLE in NH and VT must self-report their attendance and submit an individual CLE application in NH and VT.
