The opportunities for trial nowadays seem few and far between.  While the pandemic played a major role in reducing these opportunities, the opportunities for civil trials were lacking even before then. How can we train the next generation of trial attorneys or refresh our own skills in a time of few trials?

[TDLA is submitting an application for ME CLE and is an accredited MCLE sponsor in VT. 

New Hampshire and Vermont attendees must self-determine whether a program is eligible for credit,

and self-report their attendance. NHMCLE does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the

NH Minimum CLE requirement.  TDLA believes this course meets the requirements of NH Supreme Court Rule 53 and may qualify for 195 minutes (including 60 minutes ethics) toward the annual NHMCLE requirement.]
